Cycling
There are two attractive locations for cycling.
The first one is in middle part of Bali starting
from Mount Batur Volcano at Kintamani a breathtaking
bicycle tour winds down through Balinese villages,
past century old-temples, rich green rice fields
and the towering bamboo forest.
The second one is in western part of Bali starting
from Mount Batukaru all the way through magnificent
lush tropical valley and beautiful rice field..

White Water Rafting
There are two location of this outside guest activity
such as; in the middle of Bali at "Ayung River"
which is categorized type I or II, and in the eastern
part of Bali at "Telaga Waja" which is
categorized type III or IV. For beginners we recommend
the Ayung River as the Telaga Waja River is more
adventurous. Do not forget to bring changes of clothes
as you will get wet having fun in the water. For
time schedule, please contact your butler.
Trekking and Hiking
Jungle trekking, Rice paddies, and Ubud hiking can
be arranged to explore hidden places of Bali.

Cruises
To Nusa lembongan - duration
: one day
This island, situated in the east of Benoa, is
one of the most popular one day destinations;
it is 3km x 4km wide and the offshore coral reefs
make it an excellent spot to dive, snorkel and
surf.
To Nusa Penida - duration
: one day
A much larger island, off the south-east coast
of Bali, population 45.000, with a dry climate.
Great spot to dive and snorkel. Beware of strong
currents, so be safe don't dive alone!

Land cruise
Land Cruises take you on a luxury adventure to
discover the 'secret soul' of Bali in their legendary,
but modern, Land Rovers, along the route to sacred
Mount Batukaru. Visit a typical Balinese family
compound, and stroll around the gardens to witness
the many spices growing, as well as visit a sacred
hot water spring, and view the traditional mining
methods. The rainforest restaurant is also a magical
place to stop for lunch, with a selection of Indonesian
cuisine served from bubbling pots and traditional
earthen ovens. This activity will take from approximately
8.00 am and return at 4.00 pm.

minutes drive from the hotel, such as; diving,
snorkeling, banana boat, jet ski, glass bottom,
speed boat, parasailing, sailing, fishing tour,

Golf
Golfers have the choice of four golf courses on
Bali. On Bali's south-west coast is Nirwana Bali
Golf Club, a stunningly, spectacular course close
to famous temple at Tanah Lot. Alternatively,
on the south-east coast in Nusa Dua, you can tee
off at the Bali Golf and Country Club. A shorter
9-hole course at the Grand Bali Beach, Sanur,
carter to those more interested in a quick round
of golf. In the beautiful and cool country side
of Lake Beratan, central Bali, is Bali Handara
Kosaido Country Club, an 18-hole Golf Resort.

Uluwatu Dance Performance
The most famous of the Balinese dances, the Kecak,
originated from the Sanghyang dance choirs, who
chant a distinctive 'kecak-kecak, accompaniment.
This dance is performed daily at Uluwatu temple
during the range of sunset time. This cliff top
temple, dedicated to the spirits of the sea, has
spectacular views and is popular for viewing sunsets. |
